Chocolate cupcakes with melted chocolate baked into the batter, and chocolate icing with more melted chocolate whipped into the recipe. These were for a get-together with some of my awesome cousins. So chocolatey – nom! Cupcake on!
A large round tip, squeeze from the centre vertically, and lift up when you think you have enough icing on there. This would work really well with icing that has a creamy vs a more whipped texture – you can see the air bubbles. It also gives a bit less icing than I’m used to on a cuppie so oversqueeze a bit – I’m all about the special cake:icing ratio!
MMmmm…chocolate!
So pretty! How did you get the frosting to look so perfect?
