Long day at work, and I got home late, so I threw some faux meat and sort-of-Asian stirfry sauce into a skillet for dinner, and the leftovers will be lunch tomorrow. Lazy, but good. My sakura red pepper slices just don’t look like other bloggers’: I can’t help but wonder how much food is wasted in the pursuit of food styling. Sticky rice is under the stirfry, and veggies and fruit complete the meal. Snack will be a dried mango-cherry blend. Deelish!
