I’ve eaten seitan before, but have never made it. I didn’t do too badly, but I advise small pieces, and stirfry them for a few minutes before adding vegetables. The seitan, veggies, and mushrooms are hanging out together in a hoisin sauce – yummy! The stirfry is on a bed of wild and brown rice.
After taking the time to peel and core a whole pineapple, and dealing with all the juice, I decided it would take centre stage in the cold tier, just adding a strawberry for colour.
