Black bean mini burgers, this time pan-fried in a little oil to get a good sear instead of being baked where they just kind of dry out. I have them with roasted potato wedges, and barbecue sauce jujjed up with sriracha (link contains an f-bomb, but only one, and c’mon, it’s the oatmeal, we can let it slide!). Tasty side is a fantastic superfood baby kale and red cabbage salad, with dressing in a cup.
I would be able to tag this as both vegan and gluten-free were it not for the Pocky! Oh well, a girl needs chocolatey goodness sometimes… 🙂
