Oct 2, 2012: breakfast bento

Potatoes are vegetables, right?  So therefore, this is a healthy bento.

Breakfast is for lunch tomorrow.  I have a 2-egg omelette, from my friend’s chickens that I’m looking in on this week, with veggie sausage rounds and mozzarella cheese, roasted diced potatoes, and a mango smoothie (so that there are some vitamins going on in this lunch!)

Sorry for crappy photo – for some reason, this is the only one I could pull off the memory card as everything’s disappeared from my pictures, and I’m too lazy to either dig out the bento and do retakes, or a compy restart… better ones tomorrow!  Love the lens flash shadow… grrr.

Snacks – morning is greek yogurt, afternoon… apple!
