Oct 3, 2012: ravioli in tomato-spinach sauce

For tomorrow’s lunch I have ravioli in tomato-spinach sauce, with feta on top (managing to use up a small container with some remaining in the fridge – go me!).  Orange pepper and grapes are in the cold tier.

A very simple lunch that uses up the goodies lurking in the fridge.  I am getting ready for Thanksgiving this weekend, and there is not much space in there!
