I was inspired by a box of organic superfood greens at the supermarket, so decided to pack as many as I could without squishing them into a salad with some more home-grown sprouts and grape tomatoes. Bottled salad dressing (ack! but… I was making dinner and lunch at the same time today) is in the panda cup.
I have a slice of sprouted grain bread with some faux turkey and cheese with brown sugar mustard and a pickle in the other box.
Snacks will be greek yogurt and an apple – almost through the big bag!
