Remember my ‘fried’ rice? Here it is again, except I put some veggie crumbles, onion, and yellow pepper into it with leftover sprouted grain brown rice. I used the same technique as in the previous post. The squash from the other day is also making another appearance, with about 1/3 of a pomegranate, deseeded in the comfort of my kitchen so I won’t be too messy at lunch tomorrow. Trail mix and apple for snacks – so predictable, but thrifty and nutritious!
