Guest post: Spring detox bento No. 2 from Laurel of Bento Amour

bento 016

Hey everyone. Laurel from Bento Amour here again. For week two of my Spring cleaning guest post series I’ll be talking about the best times to buy produce in a season and sharing another bento.

In this bento: the last of the mini-stuffed bell peppers I made, edamame, teeny cup of chipotle Greek yogurt sauce, and a fruit medley of strawberries and kiwi.
This doesn’t follow the seasonal pattern for March at all but this was what I had in my fridge. My boyfriend did pick up some Brussels sprouts at the store and I’m going to show them in a bento with one of my favorite recipes soon.
Check out my blog Bento Amour (thiscreativedream.wordpress.com) for further bento updates and tune in next week on Veggie Bento Love for the third installment of spring cleaning.
